at The Lodge at Ten Mile CreekAs a homeowner at The Lodge at Ten Mile Creek you get special benefits of homeownership at Granby Ranch. Your amenity fee is included in the purchase price of your new home:
- Discounted rod fees to access the Fraser River
- Priority access to the Granby Ranch River Camp
- The right to reserve tee times in advance of the general public
- The right to receive up to four free rounds of golf per year with up to four players per round
- Discounted green fees
- Effective Fall 2007, one time assessment of $375 per unit will make available a Family Ski Season Pass.

will make available an annual Family Ski Season Pass and use of the
newly constructed Grange Hall community center.
Sol Vista Basin Ski AreaxxSol Vista Basin at Granby Ranch is a traditional community ski hill. With more than a 1,000 vertical feet and 33 ski runs and 5 lifts there is something for everyone from beginner to advanced. Sol Vista Basin is located only a few minutes from your front door at The Lodge at Ten Mile Creek.
Base Camp Villagexx Base Camp Village is the vision of Granby Ranch Development for the "center of gravity" of the Granby Ranch Community. Located at the base of the Sol Vista Basin ski area, the heart of Base Camp Village will be The Lodge where you'll find all the essential ski related services. Future plans call for shops, restaurants and residences.
Fraser River Fishingxx Residents at The Lodge at Ten Mile Creek have access to 4 miles of private, Fraser River access for fishing and floating. This water is "catch and release" and the Granby Ranch guide program allows you to become better acquainted with fishing opportunities. When you feel like camping, reserve one of the unique platform tents at the River Camp. These oasis come with log furniture, kitchen utensils, beds and even family games. All you need to bring is your sleeping bag.
Headwaters Golf Coursexx Headwaters Golf Course is a 7,200 yard, par 72 course located only minutes from The Lodge at Ten Mile Creek. Featuring 18 holes of challenging golf that is also sensitive to different abilities. Enjoy the rolling terrain, water features and panoramic views of this course.
Grand Elk Golf Clubxx The 18 hole Grand Elk Golf Club was designed by PGA great Craig Stadler and renowned course architect Tripp Davis. The championship layout is as challenging as it is beautiful.
Grand Lakexx Grand Lake is Colorado's largest natural mountain lake. Along with nearby Lake Granby and Shadow Mountain Reservoir, this trio of lakes offers more than 150 miles of shoreline and an array of recreational opportunities.
Winter Park Ski Areaxx Located approximately 15 minutes south of The Lodge at Ten Mile Creek is one of Colorado's larges ski areas, Winter Park and Mary Jane. These two areas offer terrain for every level of skier.
Rocky Mountain National Parkxx Rocky Mountain National Park is 415 square miles of natural, prehistoric and native American history. Stunning mountain peaks including Longs Peak tower as high as 14,255 feet above sea level. You can drive over the Continental Divide on Trail Ridge Road or explore the many hiking trails in the Park.
